Odibo Sandra Onanga is a Nigerian humanitarian, beauty entrepreneur, counselor, health outreach advocate and Founder of WECare Humanitarian Support Foundation (RC: 9869784), a registered non-profit organization with the motto "Love in Action" — serving not only Nigeria, but all over Africa and the world.
She is also the Founder and Creative Director of Detextures Products/Services, a beauty brand focused on wig revamping, braids, styling, hair care, sales of hair, makeup and general beauty services.
With a deep passion for serving the vulnerable, women, especially the girl child, widows, and humanity in general, Sandra started WECare to build a bridge from dependency to independence — providing free skill training, free beauty outreaches, health organization outreaches, counseling, prayers, and community support programs, with operations based in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria and outreach impact across Africa and globally.

Sandra is deeply committed to humanitarian service for everyone across Africa and the world — boy, girl, woman, man, widow, widower, vulnerable, prisoner, women prisoners, elderly, youth, and the less privileged.
Through WECare Humanitarian Support Foundation, she organizes and leads:
- Health Organization Outreaches across Nigeria, Africa and the world — free medical check-ups, health awareness, hygiene sensitization, and wellness support for prisoners, widows, vulnerable communities and the general public.
- Global Humanitarian Support — responding to needs beyond Nigeria, extending love and care to vulnerable communities across Africa and internationally.
- Free skill training and empowerment for women, widows, youths and vulnerable persons.
- Free beauty outreaches and community support programs.
- Prison outreach, welfare, counseling, prayers and hope restoration.
- Support for widows, elderly, orphans, girl child and vulnerable families.
